An integrated approach that align IT Association operation with accomplishing the goals of the National IT Strategy. We consider IT Association as the implementation arm of the private sector and play a key role in achieving these goals. It is therefore essential that IT Association has a clear mandate, that it is managed properly, and that it can support itself financially over the coming five years.
The objective of IT Association strategy is to define that mandate and to provide a roadmap for sustainability. Accompanying this strategy is a business model that illustrates the impact of specific activities on the long-term financial outlook at the IT Association.
Our approach focuses the IT Association on its core competencies. These are:
- Promoting the IT sector
- Advocating for regulation and policy reform
- Building capacity in IT companies
- Providing information and research on the IT sector, and
- Delivering membership services.
