Mr Ayman Adhair is recognized as a thought-leader in public sector transformation, government modernization and large scale digital transformation programs execution. He has 25+ years of global management consulting experience spanning strategy, policy, integrated services delivery and senior leadership capacity development across social, healthcare, municipal services, taxes, budgeting, and smart government platforms. Mr Adhair helped senior leadership in governments and private sector in more than 20 countries around the world. For 16 years, he has been working as a Partner for Deloitte (formerly KPMG Consulting/BearingPoint), a global management and IT consulting firm, where he served at the firm’s UK, US, and Middle East offices. He was the firm’s market maker leading the expansion of their operations in the Emerging Markets.

Mr. Adhair holds postgraduate degrees in Analysis, Design and Management of Information Systems from London School of Economics and Political Science and a first degree in Pure Mathematics and Computer Science.

Mr Adhair was elected as a member of the United Nations’ Information and Communication Technology Task Force. Mr Adhair is a former judge for the USA World’s Best Technology Innovation Marketplace that presented over 810 emerging companies and technologies representing 49 states and 25 countries raising nearly US$1 Billion in early and seed stage funding and licensing. He also served in the Advisory Council for America Near East Refugee Aid (ANERA), one of the largest USA non-for-profit focusing on supporting Middle East Refugees. Mr Adhair is a member of the Board of Trustees of Arab Investor Award and serve as its executive committee member.
